Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we hope you are happy with your Bark Deco purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please email us at within 5 days of purchase.

Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Free gifts received as part of a promotion must also be returned in their original condition with the purchased item. If the gift is not included, the refunded amount will be less the regular price of the free gift.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to begin the exchange process. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping (Refunds and Exchanges) 
When returning an item for a refund, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. If your return is approved you will be provided a return label by Bark Deco. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your initial order and the return label will be deducted from your refund.

When returning an item for an exchange (damaged or defective), a complimentary return label will be provided by Bark Deco.

Once we receive a return/exchange, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
